“Yeah, we’re here to take our friend Jam here to the big, satanic KISS concert, if that’s okay with you.”
I was fortunate to see the original lineup during the Kiss Alive reunion tour. The show I attended would also include the final concert performance of Alice in Chains with the late Layne Staley (July 3, 1996); surreal and bittersweet, in retrospect.

Double Platinum (1978) by Kiss was the first album my friend and Toxic A$$ets bandmate Jeff Lahr ever purchased. He played drums along to that vinyl record until it literally wore out. This greatest hits album includes several songs from Kiss, such as “Black Diamond” and “Cold Gin”.
